CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

3 Steps Art believes in walking an extra mile to delight our customers and has consequently prepared a thoughtful cancellation policy.

3 Steps Art undertakes all projects under the scope of objectives that determine the time-line & modules of the project.

Including but not limited to Logo Design / Stationary Design / Visiting Card Design / Brochure Design / Banner Design / Ad Design / E-invite / Web Design / Web Development/ Web Applications Development / Search Engine Optimization / Social Media Design / Multimedia / E-mail Marketing are accepted after through analysis and creation of a complete scope document. It helps us ensure that we have fully understood the project and thereby eliminating possibilities of any project cancellation / reversal / dispute due to expectation mismatch.

Payments for custom design projects / above services are made to us in increments by client is non-refundable. If a project is canceled or postponed, all charges paid are retained by 3 Steps Art and if applicable, a fee for all completed work beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client.

If we receive a chargeback or payment dispute (i.e. PayPal or Credit Card Dispute or Cheque Return) from a credit card company or bank, your service and/or project will be suspended without notice. A $50 chargeback fee (issued to recover fees passed on to us by the financial institute), plus any outstanding balances accrued as a result of the chargeback(s) must be paid in full before service is restored, files delivered or any further work is done. Instead of issuing a chargeback, contact us to address any billing issues. Requesting a chargeback or opening a PayPal dispute for a valid charge from us is fraud and is never an appropriate or legal means of obtaining a refund.

No cancellations are entertained for those services that 3 Steps Art marketing team had offered on special occasions. These are limited occasion offers and hence cancellations are not possible.

This Agreement shall all be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India applicable to agreements made and to be performed in India. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between 3 Steps Art and you for any purpose concerning this Agreement or the parties’ obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Ahmedabad,India . Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Service must be commenced within three (3) months after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred. 3 Steps Art’s failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of this Agreement. 3 Steps Art may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
